Fine Matters

Exhibiting artists: Atsuo Hukuda [JP], Linda Carrara [IT], Viktória Körösi [HU]

Location: Rómer Flóris Museum of Art and History – Magyar Ispita
[Address: 9022 Győr, Nefelejcs köz 3., Hungary]

Opening: 8 July 2019, 6pm
The exhibition is on view till 15 September 2019

The exhibition fits in the current contemporary curatorial concept of Rómer Flóris Museum of Art and History, which is to introduce acknowledged representatives of geometric, minimalist and konkret art to the Hungarian audience, and to create international context for Hungarian artists.

Exhibiting artists explore contemporary interpretations of traditional techniques with a minimalist and delicate approach, enhanced by the clean spaces of the renaissance building. The focus is on the investigation of materials; the silver and golden paper works of Atsuo Hukuda, the marble-look-like wooden and paper works of Linda Carrara, and the shaped canvas works of Viktória Körösi are revealing different cultural and personal backgrounds as well.
