Cairo Contemporary

Opened in July 2023, Cairo Contemporary is a downtown project space of Parallel Art Foundation. It is a blue box window display, aiming to make contemporary art more accessible. Artists from Hungary and abroad are invited to create site-specific installations. The name refers to Cairo Coffee House existed on Lövölde square from the end of the 19th century.
